The Girls on Fire program is all about hands-on learning, building confidence, and real mentorship from experienced emergency services professionals.

This week, the incredible Newcastle Unit stepped up to showcase their skills—sharing knowledge, demonstrating real-life scenarios, and inspiring the next generation of SES members.

It’s more than just training. It’s about connection, courage, and showing young women what they’re capable of. Not to mention.... music!!!
