We've had quite a few enquiries and seen comments on various posts asking about this shirt worn by Megan in a Revved Visuals photo at the 2025 Newcastle Pink Ribbon Ride.

It was purchased through the National Breast Cancer Foundation after her treatment. For anyone keen, please see below a link to the shirt online.

Fantastic work by Charlestown Lions Club and other Newcastle regional clubs. A great benefit for local Cancer treatment patients.

✨ This morning, members from the Newcastle, Charlestown and Adamstown Lions Clubs, together with the Save Sight NSW/ACT Foundation and the Australian Lions Foundation, met with the incredible team at Calvary Mater Newcastle to officially hand over a cheque for $61,600 to fund a new scalp cooling machine. 💛

This incredible resource will help cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy reduce hair loss - offering comfort and confidence during an incredibly challenging time.

A special shoutout to Geoff Boyton from the Newcastle Lions Club, who coordinated every detail of this project to ensure its success. 👏

It’s a wonderful example of what can be achieved when the Lions network comes together to make a difference in their community. 🦁💛

Get the date locked away in the calendar for the 2026 Newcastle Pink Ribbon Ride and lets build on this years event in support of Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation.

The start location is the same, Tug Berth Lane Newcastle, meeting from 8am, stands up at 10am riding around the foreshore, through Merewether, Charlestown, Warners Bay, Freemans Waterhole, Kurri Kurri and then down to Wallsend Diggers & Mezz Bar.
