🌊 3/4 Camp 🌊

Our Grade 3/4 students had an incredible time at Waratah Bay this term, making the most of the beautiful surroundings and everything camp offers.

They walked along the beach in perfect weather, explored rock pools (a definite highlight!), ventured out on a night walk and finished the evening by the fire roasting marshmallows.

Students challenged themselves by harnessing up for the Flying Fish, had plenty of fun catching pancakes at breakfast, and learnt new skills as they cooked damper over the fire.

Throughout the camp, we saw wonderful examples of teamwork, with students encouraging one another, working together to overcome challenges and celebrating each other’s successes.

A fantastic few days filled with adventure, laughter, new experiences and memories that will last well beyond camp. 💙 ☀️🌊

Reminder - Father’s and special person’s day stall at NEPS tomorrow- Friday the 4th of September. Each student will attend with their grade. There are some fantastic gifts for purchase priced between $1 and $10. Gifts include things for all interest levels!Maximum spend is $15. Gold coins preferred. Huge thanks to our P&F group for all of their hard work!
Ps - you might want to word your child up re their dad’s/special person’s sock size 🤩

📖 Book Week 🎶

Last week we celebrated ‘A Symphony of Stories’ by bringing our favourite books and characters to life.

We were so impressed by the costumes presented at our annual parade. A big congratulations to our Best Dressed winners.

To all the parents and carers who helped make it happen, thank you! We know there must’ve been late nights, hot glue guns and plenty of patience behind such incredible creations.

A huge thank you to our wonderful Library teacher, Mrs Robinson, for all the organising, preparation and enthusiasm that went into making Book Week such a success.

We can’t wait to see what next year brings!

🏀 5/6 Basketball 🏀

What a fantastic day of basketball competition for our teams. We’re so proud of how our students represented NEPS, showing great determination & teamwork (of course with a few half-time sugar hits along the way!).

Thank you to the parents who came along to cheer, and a special thank you to Mr Skinner and Kade for coaching, training and supporting our teams in the lead-up to the tournament.

A huge congratulations to our girls’ team on winning the Grand Final and progressing to the next round! 🏆
