Two homes.
One in Atwell. One in Wanneroo
Both 3 bedroom SDA.
Two very different designs.

Which would you choose? 🏡

Both of these Sana Living SDA homes are in the running for an award at tomorrow night’s Perth HIA Awards, in the Specialised Housing and Liveable Home categories.

We’re looking forward to celebrating a great night of residential design and construction, alongside some of WA’s best.

But first, we’d love to know… if you had to choose between these two homes, which one gets your vote?

Atwell or Wanneroo?

📖 Next chapter : 🏡 A new home.

Last week long-term Sana Living tenant Jaimee made the move from apartment living to her new villa!

🐶🐾 We suspect her faithful assistance dog, Murphy, will be just as excited about the move, swapping balcony views for a garden of his own!

We wish Jaimee and Murphy lots of happiness in their new Sana Living home. ❤️

We understand situations change and sometimes a location or even housemates are no longer suited.

If you’re already in an SDA home and it’s okay… but it’s not what you’d call “amazing” - get in touch.

Amongst the dust there’s lots of progress.

Taking you behind the scenes as another Sana Living SDA home takes shape in Morphett Vale.

Every stage brings us closer to creating a home designed for greater independence, accessibility and everyday living.

Due for completion early next year, get in touch if you’re looking for SDA in Adelaide’s South.

👌Details make a big difference, especially when it comes to hoist installation.

Yesterday, we teamed up with Unicare Health Australia for an informative session on ceiling hoist installation in SDA homes.

They covered practical considerations, installation requirements and the importance of getting it right from the outset.

Thanks to everyone who joined us!

Such a happy day for Peter!

His facial recognition access is set up, his favourite pictures are on the walls, thanks to the help of Adrian our Accommodations Manager.

Peter couldn’t be happier, and neither could we!

We love helping people find their dream home. Let us help you find yours. Get in touch!

Every story is different.

There is no one size fits all in SDA housing, that’s why every conversation counts.

We take every opportunity to meet with Participants, their family and supports, to find out what’s important when it comes to finding the right home.

Our tenancy teams have been doing just that at the expos in Adelaide and Perth.

Connecting people with the right home is our specialty. (Besides designing award winning homes 😉).

We’d love to hear your story.

If you’re looking for a home that’s right for you, get in touch - or visit us at our next event! 👌 SEE OUR WEBSITE EVENTS PAGE!

⚠️Caution - wet concrete.

The slab at our new SDA site in Butler WA was recently poured, and construction is officially underway.

The concrete is barely dry, but there’s plenty to get excited about.

🎉Did you know this is Sana Living’s 75th slab pour?! 🎊

This property will be a 3-bedroom SDA home with OOA due for completion late 2027.

If you’re interested get in touch.
