🚍 The Mobile Library Van 🚍 will be visiting GWABEGAR on Tuesday 23, June 2026 at the GWABEGAR ANZAC PARK - from 11.00 am - 1.00 pm! Come and check out the Mobile Library van.

FREE services include:
✔Public computers and internet
✔Device Advice
✔Technology instruction
✔Home Library deliveries
✔Wide choice of reading materials to borrow
✔Library membership is FREE


Our Mobile Library Van has been made possible by a Library Infrastructure Grant from the State Library of New South Wales.

‼️ IMPORTANT SERVICES UPDATE - BOGGABRI LIBRARY‼️

Narrabri Shire Libraries advises that, due to circumstances beyond our control, Boggabri Library will be CLOSED on Wednesday, 10 June 2026.

The library will reopen on Thursday, 11 June 2026, with normal operating hours from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

✨ That’s a wrap on Tech Savvy Seniors in Pilliga! ✨

What a fantastic few weeks we’ve had out at Pilliga with our Tech Savvy Seniors crew! It was wonderful to see everyone who came along to each session, ready to learn something new, ask questions, and have a bit of a laugh along the way!

From getting the hang of smartphones and tablets to exploring apps, staying safe online, and building confidence with everyday tech — we covered a lot! But the best part was seeing those “aha!” moments and the growing confidence each week.

A big thank you to everyone who attended and supported the sessions. Your enthusiasm, patience, and willingness to give things a go made it such a rewarding program to run. 💙

We hope you’re heading away feeling more confident using your devices, and remember, the learning doesn’t stop here! We’re always here to help at the library if you need a hand.

Narrabri Shire Libraries wishes to advise that due to circumstances beyond our control the Wee Waa Young Einstein's Science Club scheduled to be held on Tuesday 2 June 2026 has been cancelled.

If you have a child who is 8+ years of age and curious about how things work, make sure you register for this fabulous hands-on experience.

Children are welcome to bring their own afternoon tea.
