Friday we gathered as a school community to remember and honour the courage, sacrifice and spirit of the ANZACs. Our students showed great respect during our ANZAC Day ceremony, taking time to reflect on the importance of this special day.

In Cooking, students also made delicious ANZAC biscuits, learning about the history and tradition behind them.

A special congratulations to our Grade 6 student Shakya, who confidently read β€œAnzac Day” by D Hunter during the Nanneella ANZAC ceremony. We are so proud of the leadership shown.

It was wonderful to see students encouraging one another, giving their best effort and celebrating each other’s achievements. A fantastic day out for all involvedβ€”well done to everyone who participated!

✨ School Sleepover Fun! ✨

What a special night we had at our school sleepover! πŸ«πŸ’›

The students enjoyed a movie night, made their own delicious mini pizzas for dinner, and woke up to fresh pancakes for breakfast πŸ₯žπŸ•

To top it all off, the Easter Bunny paid us a visit and left some eggs for everyone to find! 🐰πŸ₯š

We also got creative decorating bags at craft club 🎨

So many smiles, laughs, and wonderful memories made, a night to remember! πŸŒ™βœ¨

No egg and spoon? No worries! 🐣πŸ₯„

Today in PE, we got creative and swapped out the traditional egg and spoon for cricket bats and monkey bean bags, and it was a hit! 🏏🐡

Students showed fantastic balance, coordination, and teamwork as they carefully navigated their way through the course. There were lots of laughs, a few wobbles, and plenty of determination!

It was wonderful to see everyone having a go, supporting each other, and enjoying being active outdoors in the sunshine β˜€οΈ

Who knew a simple twist on a classic game could be so much fun!
