📣❗Nambucca Library Services are Changing Our Digital Assets❗📣
📍Hoopla
Due to very high costs and very low usage, we will no longer be providing this platform.
📍Libby
All our online magazines will be moving to BorrowBox.
📍BorrowBox
We will be increasing our BorrowBox content next financial year. This will mean more ebooks and audiobooks.
We are also adding the e-Press suite to BorrowBox. Newspapers will include, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, The Daily Telegraph, The Australian, The Saturday Paper.
Some of the forty magazines we will include are: Belle, Cosmopolitan, Women’s Fitness, Hello! New Scientist, Bluey, Diabetic Living, Grand Designs Australia, Wheels, Men’s Health, Techlife News, Good Organic Gardening, Australian Dogs and Pets, Krash etc

We will be including this free movie streaming service as of next financial year.

This platform will remain the same.

🤩📣The State Library of NSW has teamed up with architecture nerd Tim Ross to bring an exciting new touring display — The Australian Dream? — to the Nambucca Valley Libraries from June 1st till July 17th! 👏
Based on the exhibition of the same name, the reimagined display for NSW public libraries features incredible reproductions of architectural drawings by icons like Nino Sydney and Peter Muller, archival photographs, and vintage real estate brochures, to chart the people and the buildings that have shaped as well as challenged the very idea of the ‘Australian dream’ over the years.

⭐️This amazing exhibition will be displayed at Nambucca Heads Library - Mon 1 June - Fri 19 June, then shown at Macksville Library - Tues 30 June - Fri 17 July⭐
