Serpentine Jarrahdale CRC The Serpentine Jarrahdale CRC provides a hub for community resources with printing, copying, binding, laminating, computer hire and office space hire.

Community Resource Centre, Community Cafe & Op Shop 💛 Bringing people together ❤️ A proud independent Non-profit community hub offering events, support, workshops & more - Supporting our community every day! TRANSWA Bookings and tickets, Local Fire Wood collection Permits, SJ Number Plates, National Park Passes are just some of the Services we provide. A vast array of tourist information and maps available plus a Justice of the Peace Wed, Friday 10-12. Regular Workshops, Computer Classes, Social Groups and gatherings held by CRC along with Function Room Hire available all year round. We have a gift shop with a lovely variety of locally made goods and wares available and a hub for local business advertising. Weekly Cafe at the Farmers Market. The CRC has an amazing and friendly group of volunteers with many community group contacts amongst us so why not call in and have a coffee and a friendly chat and find out what you could get involved in.

We are incredibly excited to share that SJCRC is partnering with Redgum Justice to bring free Family Law support directly to our community!

Redgum Justice will be here every second Thursday of the month, providing a lawyer to help community members navigate important Family Law matters, including:

⚖️ Property Settlements
💔 Divorce & Separations
👨‍👩‍👧 Children’s Matters
💰 Child Support Legal Help
🩹 Criminal Injuries Compensation
🛡️ Family Violence Restraining Orders

💙 Best of all, this service is not income assessed. Having an income doesn’t always mean having the financial capacity to afford a lawyer when you need one. This service is available to our community without having to meet an income threshold to be eligible for support.

We’re excited to announce that SJ Community Op-Shop along with the Serpentine and Districts CWA have joined the Garage Sale Trail, Australia’s biggest secondhand treasure hunt! 🇦🇺♻️

Every November, thousands of homes, schools, community groups, charities and businesses across Australia come together over two weekends to celebrate all things secondhand.

And we’re getting involved! 🙌

Come and hunt for pre-loved treasures, vintage finds, bargains and hidden gems at SJ Community Op-Shop while helping us give good-quality items a second life and keep them out of landfill. 🌏💚

This session is particularly designed to support people aged 50+ to feel more confident, safe and comfortable using technology in everyday life, but everyone is welcome!

If you have school-aged children, or know a family who might be eligible, there’s still time to apply for the Student Assistance Payment.

💙 $250 for each secondary student
💛 $150 for each kindy or primary student

The payment can help with everyday school costs like uniforms, shoes, stationery and other essentials.

⏰ Claims close 25 September 2026, so don’t miss out!

📝 Need a paper application? You can collect a copy from the SJCRC reception area.
