🌟 RYPEN South 2026 Applications Are Open! 🌟

Looking for an opportunity for a young person to grow their confidence, build friendships, and develop leadership skills?

The Rotary Youth Program of Enrichment (RYPEN) is all about team building, connection, and leadership rather than academic achievement.

Over an action-packed weekend, participants will:

✅ Step outside their comfort zones
✅ Build confidence and resilience through hands-on activities
✅ Strengthen friendships and connections
✅ Discover their own leadership potential
✅ Have fun in a supportive and encouraging environment

📅 When: Saturday 3 October to Monday 5 October 2026 (October Long Weekend)
📍 Where: The Great Aussie Bush Camp, Tea Gardens
💲 Cost: $440 per participant
👥 Ages: 13 to 17 years

This is a fantastic opportunity for young people to challenge themselves, make lifelong memories, and grow as leaders.

🎉 GULGONG YOUTH DROP-IN IS OPEN! 🎉

Looking for somewhere to hang out, meet up with friends and try something new after school? Come along to Gulgong Youth Drop-In! 🙌

📍 Gulgong Memorial Hall
🗓️ Wednesdays and Thursdays
⏰ 3.30pm – 5.00pm
👋 Ages 8–14 years

There’s something different to get involved in each afternoon, including:

…and plenty of time to hang out and have fun!

It’s a relaxed, welcoming space where young people can make friends, get active, be creative and enjoy their afternoon.

A huge congratulations to all of the amazing young artists who entered our **Creature Creations Competition** during the school holidays! We were blown away by the imagination, creativity and effort that went into every single creature. Choosing the winners was no easy task!

• Be supported through fortnightly evening workshops (2 hours each)

🎲 Ever Wanted to Be a Dungeons & Dragons Games Master? 🐉

Now's your chance!

Mid-Western Regional Youth Servies is looking for an additional Games Master (GM) to join our Level Up sessions for young people aged 12–20 years. These are held on the third Thursday of the month at Mudgee Library.

You don't need to have experience running campaigns—just a love of Dungeons & Dragons and a willingness to step behind the screen.

As a Games Master, you'll have the chance to:
🐉 Create your own adventures
🎭 Bring unique characters and worlds to life
🎲 Build your confidence as a storyteller and Games Master
🤝 Connect with other tabletop gaming enthusiasts
✨ Share your passion and inspire the next generation of adventurers
😄 Spend an afternoon doing something you love while helping young people discover an incredible hobby.

Our sessions are relaxed, welcoming and all about creativity, imagination and having fun together. We'll support you as you develop your Games Master skills, so if you've always wanted to give it a go, we'd love to hear from you.

🎲 Ready to Level Up? Third Thursday of the Month (in-term) 🎲

Have you ever wondered what Dungeons & Dragons is all about? Now's your chance to find out!

Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) is a storytelling adventure game where you create your own unique character and work together with other players to explore mysterious worlds, solve puzzles, battle monsters and make decisions that shape the story. No two games are ever the same!

Whether you're an experienced adventurer or you've only ever heard the name, Level Up is the perfect place to jump in. Our friendly group is always happy to welcome new players, explain the rules and help you get started. Not ready to play? Come along, watch a game in action, ask questions and see what it's all about!

We'll also have a selection of other tabletop role-playing games and board games to enjoy throughout the day.
