Mt Larcom State Emergency Service (SES) Group exists to provide emergency assistance to the community in time of need. We meet and train on Monday nights at 7:30 pm at our headquarters Popenia Road Mt Larcom. The exception is school holidays and public holidays.

OPEN DAY
We are going to have a series of Open days. Come on down to the SES Headquarters at 50 Popenia Rd.

If you’re interested in what we do come on down, everyone welcome.

We will be open from 9:30am till 12pm on Sunday the:
10th May
14th June
11th July

We will be at the Ambrose QCWA Markets on the 24th of May.

If you are interested in joining but night time or weekday trading does not suit. Come join us, we will have trainers and group executive there to help with the joining process.

Training last night was a big night for presentations. We awarded three SES citations, two letters of appointment to the position of Deputy Group Leader with one being a continuing DGL and one being presented his epaulettes for the first time.

When also held a moments silence for our member who past through the week, Leading Field Operator Brian Kessner.
