Healy Touch Football 🏉

Last term, Healy entered 3 teams in the inaugural Primary School Touch Football competition put together by Mount Isa Touch Association and Mount Isa School Sport.

Each Monday, the Healy Hyenas, Hornets and Hurricanes, played against teams from the other local primary schools supported by Miss De Maria, Miss Parslow, Ms Koina, Mrs Blinco and Miss Andersen. Concluding with a Grand Final in week 9. The Healy Hurricane’s (Year 3/4 team) won their Grand Final relay race!

Miss Andersen would like to commend all the students and their families for their dedication to training and attending games throughout the entire competition. Students showed great improvement as the weeks progressed! 👏
