This week, we celebrate NSW Aboriginal Languages Week, recognising the ongoing efforts to revitalise, preserve and share the languages of the world's oldest continuing living culture. 🖤💛❤️
We are proud to learn and grow on Awabakal land and love learning new Awabakal words each week!
This Friday, as part of our Culture Festival, our students will be learning a song in language, using some of the words we've already explored, including "Kaayi, Maruung Bangayi" (Hello, have a good day!) 🎶
