Weโ€™re looking for an experienced, organised and confident NDIS Service Coordinator to join our fastโ€‘paced team. If you thrive under pressure, can lead staff, manage multiple priorities and keep things moving, we want to hear from you.

What youโ€™ll do:

Coordinate dayโ€‘toโ€‘day participant supports

Lead & support Support Workers and Team Leaders

Manage rosters, performance and training

Handle incidents, documentation & compliance

Work closely with participants, families & stakeholders

Maintain high standards of safety, quality & participantโ€‘centred practice

What you need:

3+ years leadership/supervisory experience (NDIS preferred)

Cert IV in Disability, Mental Health, Community Services or similar

Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards

Excellent communication, organisation & decisionโ€‘making

Ability to stay calm, professional and solutionโ€‘focused

Current checks (NDIS, WWCC), First Aid/CPR & driverโ€™s licence
