• SILVER PARTNERS •

Righto — it’s time for the Silvers to shine!

Another bunch of absolute legends — our Partners in Crime — who’ve helped push that fundraising tally to a whopping $36K!

Our Silver Partners jumped on board with some serious heart, and we’re stoked to have them powering the path. Each of these incredible businesses has naming rights to one of our water stations along the track, helping keep our runners, riders and walkers hydrated every step of the way.

We also want to give a huge shoutout to the awesome team at TD Custom Design & Apparel, who’ve worked with us to bring our event merchandise to life. Looking good has never felt so meaningful!

A special mention goes to Elders Insurance Moora — not only did they help us secure the event insurance, but they also made sure it didn’t cost us a cent. Absolute legends!

And hats off to the team at Containers for Change Moora, who’ve come on board to supply bins for the event, helping us collect every eligible 10c container and donate those funds straight to the RFDS.

A massive thank you to every one of our Silver Partners for backing our Heroes to Hub journey. You’re helping turn kilometres into impact, and we’re so grateful to have you alongside us.

What's your soil trying to tell you? 👣💭

Every paddock, pasture and property has a story beneath the surface. Understanding your soil is the first step towards making informed decisions that support productivity, resilience and long-term soil health!

Join us at the Soil Savvy Workshop, a practical, hands-on session led by Bridget Watkins from Murdoch University and SoilsWest, where you'll learn how to assess your own soil and identify common constraints that may be affecting its performance.

Bring along approximately 1kg of your most challenging soil and roll up your sleeves as you work through a DIY soil assessment process! You'll leave with a better understanding of what's happening beneath your feet, plus guidance on potential next steps to improve soil function and management.

Whether you're a farmer, small landholder or simply interested in learning more about your soil, this workshop is a great opportunity to gain practical skills and connect with local experts.

Bookings are now open - scan the QR code or head to 🌱 https://shorturl.at/zO3HZ 🌱 to secure your spot!

NACC NRM's Future Farm Foundations project is funded under the Natural Heritage Trust’s Climate-Smart Agriculture Program.

This campaign is about more than rules - it's about making sure the right information reaches every rider in our community, especially our younger ones.

Escooters are fun, but they come with real responsibilities. Our local police force is cracking down on unsafe riding; but as parents, grandparents, neighbours and friends, we can all help by making sure the kids in our lives know the rules before they ride:

✅ Always wear a helmet - no exceptions
✅ Must be 16 or over to ride
✅ One rider per scooter
✅ No faster than 10km/h on footpaths
✅ No stunts or tricks

If they're not willing to follow the rules? Then they shouldn't be on the scooter. It's that simple.

Share this post and help us spread the word. The more people who see this, the safer our community becomes💪
