You can pan for real gold as you experience the living conditions of the miners and early settlers. Stay the night in our modern deluxe cabins or bunkhouses and "rough it in comfort". Specialising in School Camps & Excursions, Country Weddings, Events and Functions venue.

After the sad passing of Alan Edmunds, a long time friend to the Gold Rush Colony family. For all the extended family and friends please see below.

Alan passed after a short battle with cancer. A memorial service will be held for Alan, 2pm 04.07.2020 (his 85th birthday) at Old Mogo Town / The Original gold Rush Colony. We welcome people to share their memories with us, refreshments afterwards.
For catering purposes and due to covid-19 it would be appreciated if you would indicate if you will be attending.
