THE SECOND WATER TOWER TO BE ME!

As an esteemed member of our community i feel that it only fitting the the wonderful Murray River Council chose me to be the magnificent new mural for the remaining water tower art piece. What a privilege to be up there with those birds 🐦 🐦‍⬛.

It has brought to my attention that my loyal subjects are having withdrawals. Rumours have began...
She's moved to Queensland?
She's belly up?
She's becoming the next Victorian Premier...

Noooo, sorry I've just been busy. You wouldn't believe how much I've got going on at the moment. I think i need a PA. Servant a always is useless 😒 I am left with running the show.

Knowing that i had a super busy period coming up, a couple of weekends ago i took the opportunity to have a quick night out. It was magnificent 👌
It was a Saturday night and we heard the was going to be some live music up at Two Lads, just near my favourite breakout grass patch on the Cobb Highway.
After a quick chat with Porce the Force, the bulldozing of the temporary fence was sorted and we were off.

The Magnificent Four (or the Four Stooges), Porce, Don Quay and myself set off on an adventure. We got side tracked for the first few hours garden around the house but amazingly Servant never saw us! Then off we trotted down the driveway towards Two Lads.
Unfortunately when your rouge gang consists of a Meathead horse, Mafia Donkey 🫏 and dumb sheep 🐑, things don't always go to plan.....
As soon as we were out the gate, Porse took off and galloped into the neighbours garden and trees 🌳 and began playing hide and seek with Bruce 🐑. Don 🫏 soon joined in.... 🤦‍♀️ Seriously, what is wrong with them????

So fair to say that we never made it to Two Lads or my favourite patch of grass outside Byfords.... only to the neighbours.... but hey, at least I got a full night out on the town.... so to speak.

Anyway now i'm currently getting very little sleep as I'm on midwifery duties for Whitney 🎶 who is due to pop next week and is bending and stretching herself into all sorts of positions to try and be comfortable. Fat Farasan will be due two weeks after Whitney so i have no rest whatsoever. Farasan 🐎 has no idea what is happening as its her first one, so I'm trying to prepare her a best i can however she is only interested in the extra food. 🥗. Don Quay has said he will help out once the foals are born but is a bit squeamish so said he'd pass on the births.

LOVE NEVER DIES

I am pleased to report that Bruce and Porce have made up. It seems it was all just a simple misunderstanding... a love bite gone wrong. Porse is deeply remorseful for his actions and has apologised and Bruce is back to his loving ways ❤️❤️❤️

INCIDENT REPORT

Alleged Crime: Grievous Bodily Harm - Ear👂
Perpetrator: Porse

Witness Statement - Molly 🐴
Well... what a day. Servant left super early as she had to go to Albury so we had the luxury of an early breakfast. Nothing too different to the normal routine, except this time she let Porse out of his Weight Watches yard and allowed him to have breakfast and spend the day with us. As you can imagine, Porse was super excited. Since his arrival Bruce has had somewhat of a fascination with him, some may even say obsession.... Bruce stands at his gate all day and eyeballs him and soon as Porse leaves his yard he won't leave him alone. Bruce rubs all over him, chases him all around the yard like a psychotic lover and then head buts him when he won't give him attention...

But yesterday it all got too much. Porse cracked....
One rub, one headbut, one 'i love you' too many, I'm just not sure. I just remember the scream, or should i say high pitched baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!
I turned around to see Bruce's ear 👂 hanging half off! Porse had done a Mike Tyson! Bruce was in tears and still telling Porse that he loved him but Porse had legged it.

Not long after this terrible incident i managed to see Uncle Dave in the garden and signalled to him. At first he just thought was calling for thistles but on approaching he saw the carnage that had just unfolded. He quickly sent off a message to Servant.

I am pleased to report that Bruce has been given Medical Attention and is on the mend, with a complete ear (although he may look a little like Evander Holyfield).

Porse has been charged with causing Grievous Bodily Harm and will await the outcome of PUBLIC TRIAL.

Looking forward to finding out the final verdict.

TAI CHI TUESDAY'S

Hello hello everyone. It's been a little while. Things are good here at Hilton on Cobb at the mo. Servant has been home lots and we have all been on a bit of a fitness kick off late. We have a new member of the clan and his name is Porse. Yes, Porse. He's to big to be a pony but not quite a horse so he's just called Porse. He arrived looking more like a 44 gallon drum on legs than a ...Porse, so the fitness kick began. He is currently on Weight Watches and is now up to running a few kms per day. I have also been running with him to help with his motivation and encouragement but as I'm an old lady i can't do toooo much or my joints get sore.

Anyway... so the other other week when I was standing at the fence watching Tai Chi I was thinking 🤔, that looks fun. They all look my age and no running involved! I asked if they do it regularly and they said every Tuesday! OMG 😲 I was so excited, I think this might be my new thing. So this morning after breakfast i waited patiently for the cars to arrive next-door. They started to arrive around 9:30 so I neighed to Servant to es**rt me over for my class.

IT WAS SOOOOOO MUCH FUN 😁 😂 😀! Who knew one could get into such positions!!!!!!! After a few practice runs and stretching exercises with Servant i was straight into it. It was amazing 👏 🤩
I don't think I have ever felt so good. I met some lovely people and it was so nice to see Pat, one of Maursy old friends 🧡 again. After my class I hung around for a chat and some photos 📸. I am now relaxing in the sun. What a wonderful day.

OPPERATION RESCUE Don Quay

Yesterday evening Servant was made aware via Uncle Dave that Bruce the Ram 🐏 and Sir Don Quay had become stuck down in the bottom bush paddock....

It all started earlier that morning when Tori, Bruce, Don and Myself went for a walk down to the dam in the bush paddock. It was quite wet after all that rain we had, so i stayed to the outside fence and took the long way round... Bruce and Don followed me as they also didn't want to get wet toes and... Tori just ran wild through the water (she's young and stupid). Anyway we all made it around to the otherside to the nice green grass where we spent the whole morning.

Soon it was time to go as we have a daily ritual of staring at the neighbours through the big window while they eat lunch, and Don also likes to watch the Lady in The Pink Dress. Tori refused to go the long way home and called me a Pansy for not wanting to get my feet wet. I didn't like that. She could be so mean. She kept teasing me so took off at a gallop and went through the mud and beat her home!!!!

She was so impressed when we got back. We were chatting for about 20mins and then we realised... we had left Don and Bruce behind..... oh no. A sheep 🐑 and donkey 🫏 , not the brightest sparks.. oh welll

Hours past and we watched them pace up and down the fence unable to find there way back and too scared to go through the water 🤣🤣🤣 peace at last... until the heeeeooorrrs began. It was like the Emmy Lou had parked up in the back paddock and was just tooting non stop.

Servant arrived home and after discussions with Dave a plan was put in place for their retrieval. Unfortunately I was not privy to this otherwise I would have run away faster.

So after some bribery with food I was caught and Servant and I went down to rescue the dumb ass 🫏. He was soooo happy to see me that he ran over heeeoooring. I think it is fair to say that Bruce and Don will not adventure far from home again after the rains...
