There's still time to join team headspace Mildura next month as we tackle the 2026 Push-Up Challenge, raising funds for mental health research. That total represents the number of lives lost to su***de in Australia in 2024.

Don't sweat it if you're daunted by those numbers, there are plenty of alternative exercises you can do instead.
