Mildura Rural City Council Libraries have locations in Mildura, Red Cliffs, Merbein, Ouyen, Murrayville and a library agency in Irymple. Mobile Service to Underbool, Werrimull, Cullulleraine and Walpeup is currently suspended due COVID-19 restrictions.
