The weekly Seniors Tea and Tech Program continues to make a meaningful impact within the community, providing local seniors with the opportunity to build confidence and skills in using modern technology in a supportive and welcoming environment.

The program has been proudly supported through the Age-Friendly Communities Connectivity Grants Program, funded by the Department of Communities. This financial support has enabled the delivery of practical and engaging technology sessions tailored specifically to the needs of local seniors.

We know change can be tricky, but making a report with the Shire is still just as quick as itโ€™s always been. You can easily report straight from your phone or computer's web browser โ€” no app store downloads required.

Here is what you need to know about our interim reporting form:

๐ŸŸ  Same Simple Process: It works just like Snap Send Solve. Type in the details and hit submit.

๐ŸŸ  Snap Photos (Or Don't!): Photos are highly encouraged to help our teams locate the issue quickly, but they aren't required. If you can't grab a picture, you can still submit your report.

๐ŸŸ  Report After the Fact: Saw something while driving or out for a run? You don't have to report it right then and there. Note the location and submit it safely once you're back home or parked.
