Young Communities is excited to support the Melbourne Victory FC Melton Holiday Program, a free two day soccer program delivered during the upcoming school holidays at Taylors Hill Recreation Reserve.

📅 Wednesday 30 September & Thursday 1 October 2026
📍 Taylors Hill Recreation Reserve
👧 Juniors (8–13): 10am–12pm
🧑 Seniors (14–17): 12pm–3pm

The program will include fun football activities and challenges, community connection workshops, prizes and giveaways, and plenty of opportunities to meet new people and have fun.

This is a great partnership, bringing together their football expertise and our focus on engaging and connecting with young people in our community.Best of all, it’s completely FREE! 🙌

🌱 Help shape early childhood services in the City of Melton!

Foundation House warmly invites families from Somali, Ethiopian, Eritrean, Djiboutian, Sudanese, South Sudanese, Kenyan and Ugandan communities to learn more about the Early Years Community Advisory Group.

💛 Parents and carers of young children with a learning difficulty or disability who attend playgroup, long day care or kindergarten in Melton are especially encouraged to attend.

Come along to an information session to learn more about the group, share your experiences and help shape early childhood services for children and families in our community.

We came together to celebrate Wear It Purple Day and this year’s theme, Colours of Courage recognising the courage it takes to be yourself, support others and help create spaces where everyone feels safe, seen and included.

Courage can look different for everyone. It can be speaking up, standing beside someone, asking for support, living authentically, or simply choosing kindness, acceptance and hope.

💜 Together, we celebrated the diversity, strength and courage within our communities.
