We are incredibly excited to announce that Tom Westerman and Elanor Menzel are running for your Rabelais Editors for LTSU 2027.

You may have seen them around at Culture Fest, handing out Rabelais editions or at one of the many club events they attend!! Super excited to have them join our incredible team at Together and continue on some amazing work our team has already been doing!

Over the past year, Together has delivered:
✅Period Poverty survey and campaign LAUNCHED
✅Free Breakfasts on campus
✅Exam support and welfare baskets
✅Parking survey and campaign LAUNCHED

❇Cost-of-Living Relief vouchers
❇Bigger and better events on campus
❇Advocated for a Q***r Lounge space
❇Helping establish La Trobe’s first Pride Action Plan
❇Held consultation sessions for students with Disabilities

We are very excited to have the opportunity to work with a strong and passionate team, advocating for what matters for students at La Trobe. Next year they will be fighting for:

🟢Save the 3-day automatic extension
🟢More funding for the Foodbank
🟢More advocacy and support for students and their VISAs
🟢Keeping 3-day automatic extensions
🟢Cheaper meals and vouchers
🟢Easier and more accessible pathways for support and reporting processes

We are so honoured to be running with TOGETHER! again, a ticket that is focused on fighting for what matters most for students on all fronts.
