The support that Victoria Police Legacy offer Victoria Police families who have lost a loved one is second to none. Your End Of Financial Year (EOFY) tax-deductible donation will help us to improve the lives of police families who have lost a loved one by offering meaningful support services to over 1,400 Victoria Police Legatees.

• provide effective welfare support and services to police families at the right time
• provide education grants to children and financial assistance in times of hardship
• improve opportunities for fellowship and connection with others within the police family who too have lost a loved one.

What a fantastic way to kick off Victoria Police’s Run4Blue 2026 campaign at the Victoria Police Academy!
A huge thank you to Pheobe for organising another incredibly successful event, rallying the troops and creating a fun, energetic (and very competitive!) atmosphere that brought everyone together. And to Deputy Commissioner Tim Hansen for welcoming us to the Academy and supporting the event.
The action was fierce across the hotly contested 800-metre run, 4 x 400m relay, and the always entertaining Tunnel Ball, with plenty of team spirit, friendly rivalry, and determination on display!
Shout out to Erin and Matt for keeping everyone fuelled on the BBQ, a very sporty appearance from Cuddles, photographer-at-large Miranda and the always impressive Victoria Police Pipe Band for adding something special to the day.
From start to finish, the event was full of great spirit, friendly rivalry and plenty of laughs, all while raising funds through the BBQ and sales of Victoria Police Legacy merchandise.

The recent Victoria Police Legacy Family Getaway to Apollo Bay was a wonderful success, bringing together over 70 parents and children for a weekend of connection, exploration, and shared experiences.
For families who have experienced the loss of a loved one, opportunities like this are especially meaningful. Creating space to come together, share stories, support one another, and simply enjoy moments of joy and normalcy can be incredibly powerful.
Highlights included surfing lessons, a visit to Apollo Bay Wildlife Wonders, the Otways Tree Walk, and enjoying meals together and meaningful conversations. Most rewarding of all was seeing the strong sense of community and the genuine bonds formed among the group.
A sincere thank you to S/Sgt Kim Bramwell for volunteering and playing such an important role in making this event memorable for all involved.
Experiences like these truly strengthen our community.
