Angliss Neighbourhood House (ANH) is an incorporated, not-for-profit organisation managed and operated by a community-based board of management for the benefit of the community. We are a registered training provider delivering adult, community and further education programs and vocational training. ANH provides a range of programs, classes and activities for local residents and the wider community

. It involves people from the community in all aspects of these programs and in the management of the House. ANH offers Language and Literacy pre-accredited and accredited courses, assessments, curriculum and resource development, Public Internet Access and Room Hire.

Need something fixed? Bring in your broken items, and hopefully have them fixed for free! Don't throw stuff away if it can be repaired! Instead, bring it in to a repair cafe session and our team of friendly volunteer repairers will try to fix it.

If you are keen to volunteer and have skills as a repairer please let us know. We would love you to join our friendly team!

Another huge thanks to everyone who made our second Footscray Repair Cafe session a big success! We fixed a whopping 27 things! Including a rather vintage overhead projector, another hairdryer, some jewellery, a lamp, a printer, a bike or two and more! Again we signed up another couple of volunteer repairers and the wonderful Helen kept everyone hydrated with cups of tea and coffee! Come and join us at our next session on June 13 as we again rebel against the waste society! Book your item in to be fixed, or if you are keen to volunteer, come ready to solve problems together and strengthen our community! Saturday June 13, 11am to 2pm.

What a lovely morning this was! Thanks so much to VincentCare and Natalie for the invite - we can't wait to come back for more fun, and look forward to seeing lots of locals here at Angliss Neighbourhood House enjoying our programs and activities!
