After 18 years of dedicated service, we recently farewelled Cr Cuc Lam OAM PSM, and thanked her for the remarkable contribution she has made to Doutta Galla Aged Services and the communities we serve.
The farewell brought together current and former colleagues to celebrate Cuc’s leadership, commitment and lasting impact on the organisation. Board Chair, Scott Chapman AM, CEO, Glenn Rappensberg and former GM Commercial & Corporate Services, George Koulis each spoke warmly of their profound appreciation for the opportunity to work alongside Cuc, reflecting on her integrity, wisdom, community spirit and unwavering dedication to older people.
Throughout her time with Doutta Galla, Cuc has been a passionate advocate for residents, families and staff. Her leadership and strong community connections have left a lasting legacy across the organisation.
In her farewell remarks, Cuc reflected on the friendships, teamwork and shared achievements that made her time with Doutta Galla so meaningful. She thanked those who had supported and encouraged her throughout her journey and spoke of the many memories and lasting friendships she will carry into the next chapter of her professional life.
