The weather around us is shifting, and we can feel the shifts all around us.
GRH is bassed in Bunurong/Boonwurrung land and over the thousands of years that this land has been lived on and cared for, people have always seen the patterns in how it changes. We're now in the season of Pareip (tadpole season) the sun is warming, flowers are blooming and reptiles are becoming more active; but the rain keeps pouring, the wind is getting stronger and the mornings are still very cold!
In this time of change, take a moment to check in with yourself. Just like the world around us, many of us may shift and change with the weather some of those changes may feel good, and other may leave us feeling a bit blegh. Both are normal and human!
Seasons change and so do we.

A poster titled: Seasons of Change.
There is golden wattle blooming at the top, and against a pale yellow and pink background, a woman is sitting at a table, journalling in a book calmly.
Text reads:
Change doesn’t happen overnight.
Small things help us notice the big changes happening slowly over time.
What changes have you noticed around you? What changes have you noticed in yourself?
