Too often, approved funding doesn’t match the requirements of modern SDA housing. This can leave people living in homes that no longer suit their needs or lifestyle.

At InPlace Living, we partner with SDA funding specialists experienced in SDA applications and reassessments. Together with participants, families and support teams, we help review funding and explore opportunities for upgrades where appropriate.

This may include changes such as:

'Existing Stock’ ➡️ 'New Stock' SDA funding
Category changes (e.g. Fully Accessible ➡️ High Physical Support)
Resident ratio adjustments (e.g. 1:3 ➡️ 1:2)
