Pearler of a day for age manager training 🔥

It’s not too late to sign up for the season and volunteer to help us run nippers. More the merrier!

Come and help with running Nippers.

You don’t have to give up every Sunday, we don’t expect you to do that but we do need as many volunteers for age managing and water safety as possible.

Training sessions this Sunday at the club 10am. And the weather looks incredible!

This World Mental Health Day, we’re reminding our Surf Life Saving community that looking after your mental health is just as important as looking after your physical wellbeing.

Today we are pleased to announce that young people aged 15–25 in Surf Life Saving Australia can access free mental health support, whenever they need it, thanks to our friends at MOST.

Whether it’s practical tools, connecting with other young people or speaking one-to-one with mental health experts, MOST offers support at your own pace ❤️💛

Taking care of yourself is always worth it. Learn more at https://ow.ly/Bcm150ZW7t6.
