• Share Your Experiences: Discuss your own exam experiences to help them understand and cope with exam pressures. Share the lessons and tips you learned along the way to make the exam period feel less daunting.
• Be a Cheerleader: Encourage rather than criticize their study efforts. Focus on what they can do now and support them from the sidelines, emphasizing a positive approach to their current tasks.
• Designate a Study Space: Set up a quiet, distraction-free area specifically for studying, away from recreational activities like gaming or watching TV. This can help minimize distractions and promote a more productive study environment.
