Big fortnight for the Glen Gallic Spellers 🔥🐎 Our team continues to deliver results on the track with horses returning from their spells in outstanding order:
- Lobbyist - owned by our Stud Manager Drew & Friends, ran a gallant 2nd at Armidale (29 March)
- Bifurcation - Dominant winner at Muswellbrook for owner Gerry Harvey. - Into Brooklyn - put them away at Gosford, bringing up her second career win for Hollymount Stud. - Busy Bee - a strong 2nd for trainer Mark Minervini, proudly bred and sold by a Glen Gallic Stud client before spelling with us in her most recent prep It’s fantastic to see these horses returning to the races performing at their peak after their time at Glen Gallic. After a smooth journey, our beautiful horses are settling in well and getting ready for what’s ahead. We’re so excited and incredibly proud of this group, and we cannot wait to show them off to the public.

The truck rolls out tomorrow as we head to the Magic Millions March Yearling Sale.

There’s been plenty of long days and early mornings leading up to this point, and our team has put in a tremendous effort preparing the horses for the trip. The dedication behind the scenes — from daily care to presentation — is what makes bringing a draft to sale possible.

We’re proud of the horses we’re taking and grateful for the staff who have put in the hard yards to have them looking their best.

Inspections begin Sunday, and we look forward to seeing everyone there and showing the draft.

Mirai San was simply dominant taking out the Class 1 in style. Jumping straight to the lead, he controlled the race from the outset and showed his pedigree’s true speed, never giving his rivals a chance.
A huge thank you to Scott Singleton for taking him on and doing such a fantastic job with him. We’re thrilled to see the results of the work going in behind the scenes.

• Lot 456 – Sold to Flying Start Syndications for $75,000
• Lot 473 – Sold to John Foote / Hong Kong for $120,000
• Lot 509 – Sold to Amanda Turner Racing for $50,000
A great outcome all round and we’re excited to follow these horses on their next chapters. Onwards and upwards 🚀

They’ve handled the hot, busy conditions like absolute pros and haven’t missed a beat. The draft has been super popular, which is always a great sign, we can’t wait until Sunday to see the results roll in 🤞✨
