At its upcoming meeting this Wednesday 17 June, Council will discuss and vote on a number of reports, including:
๐ฌ Feedback received during public consultation for the Annual Business Plan
๐ The adoption of valuation, rates and Annual Business Plan for 2026/27
๐ The adoption of the Draft Long Term Financial Plan for 2027-2036, following public consultation
๐งพ Proposed fees and charges for the 2026/27 financial year
๐จ A rate rebate application
๐ The adoption of the reviewed Asset Accounting Policy and Full Cost Attribution Policy

ฟ๏ธ Overflow parking for Warrawee Lodge residents under an annual licence
โ๏ธ The endorsement of a long-term hangar ground lease at the Waikerie Aerodrome, following public consultation
๐ซ Crown land dedication requirements for the soon to be former Woodleigh site
๐ช Amendments to the proposed lease renewal for the Waikerie Army Cadets
๐โโ๏ธ Support for the 2029 SA Country Swimming Championships to be held at the Loxton Swimming Pool
๐ป Endorsement of the Draft Riverland Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2026-2030, subject to endorsement from the Berri Barmera and Renmark Paringa Councils
๐ชง A request for signage installation from the Kingston on Murray Primary School
๐ง The endorsement of the proposed 2026/27 road resealing program
๐ The adoption of the Mobile Food Vending Policy
๐ฎ The Council will allocate a portion the meeting, commencing at 9am, to speak with the community about the draft Annual Business Plan and Long Term Financial Plan.
๐ฃ๏ธ Council will then be presented with a deputation from Julie Bates from Regional Development Association Murraylands Riverland.
