This self-contained holiday cottage is in a central location, a perfect base from which to explore the many wonders of Tasmania.

We can not wait for the flowers to be in full bloom!
At this stage the road side of The Patch is starting to pop with a bit of colour, the north side has a bit of catching up to do!

We are expecting peak flowering to be early March through to early April.

The Patch will be open from 13th Feb, 10am-4pm for daily visits. With Friday night events open until 9pm.

A long day trip from Bellamona cottage to the 'Nut' at Stanley. We left at 7.30am and arrived before 10am and conquered the climb to the top. After a short but steep paved track, the reward is far reaching views over Stanley and the Bass Strait.

Beautiful church just down the end of the road. On a still night you can hear the bells chime softly. ❤️

Heritage Cottage in great central location

Visit many wonderful Tasmanian destinations from Bellamona’s central location. Longford is only 10mins from Launceston airport. Travel time from Longford is 1hr North to Devonport or up the Tamar River to George Town, 2hrs east to the coastal towns and Bay of Fires, and 2hrs south to Hobart. The Dove Lake walk at Cradle Mountain is 2hrs west. Make Bellamona your base as it is a well equipped ‘home away from home’ and great value for couples and families.
