👶💙 A huge win for our tiniest patients in Northern NSW!

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, more than $120,000 has been raised through Our Kids to purchase a new Paediatric Retinal Imaging System, helping protect the eyesight of premature babies across the region.

The state-of-the-art equipment has arrived at Tweed Valley Hospital and will be shared across Tweed, Lismore and Grafton, allowing specialist eye assessments to be carried out closer to home. 🙌

Previously, some babies needing screening for serious eye conditions had to travel out of the region. Now, local families can access this vital care without the added stress of long-distance journeys. 🚗➡️🏥

This life-changing equipment was made possible by the support of local businesses, community groups, event participants, donors and volunteers. Every contribution helped make a difference. ❤️

To everyone who supported Our Kids: thank you for helping keep kids local and giving our youngest patients the very best start in life. 🌟
