Everyone is happy to be back at Cards and Coffee
The Cards and Coffee crew were very happy to be back at the Albury and Lavington Libraries for 2023.
Narelle from the Albury Library has provided a crafty activity to kick off the new year! Program participants enjoyed making echidnas out of old books.
Thank you Narelle. Thank you also to our Cards and Coffee volunteers for helping in 2023.

Today those who attended the June Multicultural Lunch were lucky to experience a delicious Cambodian lunch prepared by Chanthy Chhy. Chanthy originally from Phnom Penh prepared a Khmer Red Chicken Curry and Poat Ang a grilled corn with a coconut sauce.

Thank you to Chanthy for the beautiful lunch and for sharing your story. 😃 Thanks also to Ganga, Val, Tamara, Colin and Steph for your assistance.

KiTH caters at The Big Give

It was fabulous to have the KiTH van at The Big Give - the Border Trust’s annual show case and grant presentations evening. Gabriel Sanchez from Venezuela and Ganga McNamara from Bhutan both prepared authentic cultural desserts for the guests to enjoy.

A big thank you Border Trust for providing the opportunity to cater and for your financial support.

The VRB Cultural Exchange Multicultural Exercise Program received funding at this year’s Border Trust Big Give.

The funding ensures the program can continue for another year and as you can see the participants are very excited!! The exercise program’s trainer Zoe O’Meara keeps the participants active, with the added benefit of social interaction, community connectedness and cultural exchange. 🧘

Thank you to Border Trust: Community Foundation Albury Wodonga Region and the community members who donated, your ongoing support is greatly appreciated.
