Welcome Garry Silk to the HRMS Team

We are proud to officially welcome Garry Silk to High Risk Management Solutions as our WA State Manager.
Garry joins HRMS with more than 25 years of leadership and operational experience spanning the Australian Army, emergency services, mining, rescue, safety and high-risk industries. His impressive career includes roles with the Australian Army Medical Corps, BHP, Fire Rescue Safety Australia, Parabellum International, and most recently as the Managing Director of his own successful business.
Throughout his career, Garry has led emergency response teams, managed complex operations, supported disaster response deployments both within Australia and internationally, and built a reputation for developing strong teams and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
His experience, professionalism and commitment to safety and operational excellence make him an outstanding addition to our growing leadership team.
As HRMS and TankQ continue to expand across Western Australia, Garry will be based from our East Rockingham Depot, supporting clients, projects and our operational teams throughout the state.

🚀 A Major Milestone for HRMS 🚀

We are proud to announce the continued expansion of High Risk Management Solutions and TANKQ with the establishment of our new South Operations Centre in East Rockingham, complementing our new Northern Operations Centre in Wangara.

This investment represents much more than new premises. It reflects our commitment to building the infrastructure, systems and capability required to support our clients across Western Australia.
With strategically located operations both North and South of the River, HRMS is now better positioned than ever to deliver responsive, efficient and high-quality support across our service offerings.
Our new East Rockingham Operations Centre is located on a 1,500m² site, providing significant operational capacity and complementing our modern Wangara facility as we continue to grow and invest in our future.

🚧 HRMS Traffic Management – Progress Update

Following our recent announcement, we are pleased to share a key milestone in the rollout of the HRMS Traffic Management Division.

The first Traffic Management utes have been delivered, with the remaining vehicles arriving next week as we complete our initial fleet deployment.

With systems, people and plant now in place, we are preparing to commence our first project in 10 days.
