Kyneton Community House A place where everyone is welcome! Participate. Learn. Develop. Kyneton Community House (KCH) is a funded Neighbourhood House and Learn Local organisation.

A great range of courses & workshops for all ages and abilities are on offer, along with Occasional Childcare, Community Lunch and Room Hire. We are underpinned in all things we deliver by strong Community Development framework and practice. KCH is an inclusive place where all people are able to access programs that are intended to enhance their well-being whilst fostering a sense of community con

nectedness and care. We welcome all people at our House regardless of race, age, ability, gender, sexuality or religion. Kyneton is in a unique position in the Macedon Ranges Local Government Area recording the highest levels of disadvantage on the SEIFA index for the shire. For this reason, KCH programming is primarily aimed at providing for the disadvantaged and disenfranchised folk in our town. Overall our programs are diverse including community lunches, food relief, community childcare, education and employment pathways, well-being and social endeavours, and volunteer programs. KCH sees many faces come through our doors, old and new, and we do our upmost to cater to as many Kyneton residents we can in as many ways as possible.

🎲The last Board Games Club for the year is on this Saturday 20th🎲

Looking for a reprieve from the Christmas busyness?

Join us at The Good Food Hub for the Ringtail Games Board Games Club.

This session is designed for adults – a chance to relax, meet new people, and enjoy a wide range of modern board games (no experience needed!). Whether you love strategy, co-op, or party games, there’s something for everyone.
🗓 Saturday 20th December, 11am - 6pm (come for the whole time, or just a little while!)
📍 The Good Food Hub, 35 High St Kyneton
👥 Adults only (if you need to bring your youngsters along that’s fine - there are books and free wifi to keep them entertained!)

Our Story

At Kyneton Community House we aim to meet your needs through community building activities, providing services and education programs. We welcome people of all ages and walks of life into our centre! The House was established originally as Kyneton Community House in 1988 by a small group of community members, who saw the need to provide a facility that offered opportunities for local groups and individuals to meet together and participate in a range of activities. After many years as Kyneton Community Learning Centre we have decided it's time to revert back to or original name.
