Many of the everyday items in our bedrooms - young children included - can pose a fire risk to you and your littlest ones.

Check electrical items, don't overload power boards, have working smoke alarms and keep items that can be a risk away from the little hands in your house.

The Romsey-Lancefield Walking Track (Federation Trail) will be temporarily closed from Monday 7 September between Collivers Road and Boundary Road, Lancefield to allow essential repair works to be undertaken.

Due to the nature of the works and contractor access requirements, this section of the trail will be fully closed while works are in progress.

Works are expected to be completed within three days, however this timeframe is subject to site conditions.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank the community for their patience while these important repairs are completed.

Please follow all signage and avoid entering the work area for your safety.

We’re launching a NEW social women’s daytime netball competition in New Gisborne - and we’re looking for new players AND teams!

Whether you’ve played for years or haven’t picked up a netball since school, you are welcome. This 8-week comp is all about fun, fitness and connection.
