Spring has sprung in our KSPS garden. 5/6W has been busy putting their green thumbs to work planting a wonderful array of fruits and vegetables including zucchinis, potatoes and strawberries. Last term, Stage 3 learnt all about our living world and how plants and animals survive, so it has been great to see them rolling up their sleeves and putting their newfound knowledge to work! We can't wait to see these delicious fruits and veggies flourish! 🌿✨💙💛

We can’t wait to welcome our littlest learners for Kindergarten Transition, starting Thursday, week 1 in Term 4. Choosing your local school allows for ‘big beginnings close to home’. Enrol now at Kotara South PS, we’re taking non-local enrolments for 2027. 💙💛

This week’s Years 3–6 assembly will be hosted by class 5/6W and our very own green thumb teacher, who’s not only nurturing plants but also helping students grow academically and build confidence. Parents and carers are warmly invited to join us and support our students. We look forward to seeing you there!🌻✨

Students were invited to get creative and bring a favourite book, character or scene to life in their very own diorama. The dioramas looked amazing!!
