The Killarney District Rural Fire Brigade Annual General Meeting will be held on 7 September 2022 at 6.30pm at the Rural Fire shed 29 Ivy St Killarney (behind the killarney fire station).

To all the mums, dads & care givers out there - Winter brings an increase in house and structure fires and it's important that children know what firefighters may look like in an emergency. While this relates to our partner agency, the Fire and Rescue Service, it's an important little video for the education of our young ones so they won't be afraid if we appear through the smoke.

Congratulations to our neighbouring NSW brigade Legume on their 52nd anniversary held today at the Legume Fire shed and community hall. And congratulations to their members receiving their 30, 40 and 50 year service awards for a combined total of over 1110 years rural Fire service. Well done from Killarney Brigade

Today (Saturday 14 May) Killarney Rural Fire Brigade and Killarney Fire & Rescue Brigade will be conducting a post flood clean up in Killarney so if your business or home has been impacted by the recent flood water please come and see us and we will do our best to help. We will be starting at the pool around 9am.
