🎉The day is nearly here🎉

We look forward to welcoming you to our 50th anniversary celebrations on Saturday September 10. Classrooms will be open between 9.00-10.00am with the opening ceremony to follow. Please observe the reserved seating signs for special invited guests.

Programs will be available at the welcome desk as you enter from Butler Pass. Maps will be placed on walls around the school.

We kindly ask ex-students and staff to write their name on a white sticker and attach the coloured stickers that correspond with the years you were at Clifton Hills. You may need more than one. This will help you reconnect with friends, teachers and staff. There will also be a guest book for you to record your attendance and share any memories of the celebrations and/or your time at Clifton Hills.

Visitors that have pre-ordered merchandise will be able to collect their order from the merchandise stall outside room 9 following the opening ceremony. Limited stock will be available to purchase on the day. Get in quick! Don’t forget to buy a raffle ticket for a chance to win some of the amazing items.

Contents from the time capsule will be unveiled at the opening ceremony. Students from the year 2000 will be able to collect their work sample to take home. Unfortunately, work samples as part of class books will not be able to be separated. Please take a photo of your work to enjoy.

Parking will be available in the carpark on Butler Pass, near the oval. The administration carpark is for special invited guests only. If local, please consider walking. Parking is also available at Frye Park which is only a short walk from the school.

Our class stalls are primarily cash only. Please bring along some small notes and coins to join in the festivities.

If you need any assistance on the day, please see our amazing staff. They will be wearing green CHPS vests and staff badges.

We can’t wait to see you. 😁

Clifton Hills students have been able to participate in many special interest clubs during our 50 years. Did you know, back in 1981, students had the choice of 11 club activities, including knitting and crochet? Were you part of any clubs when you were at Clifton Hills?

🌟FLASHBACK FRIDAY🌟

Our wonderful library was built in 1979. It has seen many changes in layout, shelving and uses over the years, but one thing that has never changed is the love for books and reading.

What memories do you have of our school library?

🌟FLASHBACK FRIDAY🌟

Have you heard of The Kestrel?

No, not the bird. The Kestrel is the name of our school publication. The first issue was produced in 1989 as a collection of creative writing. The 21st anniversary and 40th birthday editions celebrate school history, events and student work.

We are working hard to produce the 50th anniversary commemorative edition of The Kestrel and it is available to order right now!

Do you have a copy of The Kestrel or any other school memorabilia? Did you know, in 1981 students could purchase a school bag with the school logo on it? Do you have one lying around somewhere?

𝟓𝟎𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐞

We are now taking orders for merchandise celebrating our 50th anniversary. This can be done through the P & C's "School24" app in the "Events" section. Money and orders will need to be completed by (Wednesday, 29th June - week 10) Unfortunately, there will be limited stock available on the day of the celebration so it is therefore a good idea to take advantage of the pre order prices to avoid disappointment.

If you don't have the School24 app, you can email 𝐜𝐡𝐩𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠@𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥.𝐜𝐨𝐦 to order your items and request an invoice for payment.

Pick up of items will be available a few days before the event for families currently at the school and on the day of the celebration for others.
