Some days at Scenic World feel extra special!

Our team captured these beautiful rainbow moments across the park, reminding us how lucky we are to work in such an incredible place.

We were proud to support the inaugural Grand Cliff Top Race by Blue Mountains Tourism. With over 300 entrants and one of the most stunning courses you’ll find anywhere, it was incredible to see such an inspiring turnout. Huge congratulations to every runner and everyone involved in making it happen!

We know we’re not professional singers… and we’d never sung together before. But after just three rehearsals, we gave it a crack.

This National Reconciliation Week, Scenic World is proud to support Reconciliation Australia call for choirs across the country to come together in song.

This year's song is Beds Are Burning, a powerful reminder for all Australians to understand our shared history.

We’re proud to stand together on Gundungurra Country and share this moment of respect, reflection and unity.

Throwback alert!

We love uncovering old Scenic World memorabilia and this one stopped us in our tracks! Someone just shared this vintage Scenic World ashtray 😮 (yes, really!), and it’s one we’ve never seen before.
Do you have any old Scenic World merch tucked away at home? We’d love to see it! Share a photo, tag us, and let’s take a trip down memory lane together.
Bonus: you might even score a modern‑day memorabilia prize

We are incredibly proud of our team members who came together today to support Cancer Council Australia for the Biggest Morning Tea raising more than $600 for a fantastic cause. A huge thank you to everyone who baked, donated, bought treats, and helped make the day such a success. Special shout-outs go to Zoe and Tara, who generously spent their own time cooking and preparing food despite not even being rostered on today. Your dedication and generosity did not go unnoticed!

And a huge congratulations to Sarah for taking out the win with her delicious pineapple and myrtle cake! From sweet treats to savoury delights, the spread was absolutely amazing, and it was wonderful to see everyone enjoying the incredible creations on offer. Thank you again to our wonderful team for making the day so special and helping support such an important cause.

On 1 May, Scenic World, the NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water’s Saving our Species program + Botanic Gardens of Sydney came together for a special handover event dedicated to protecting one of Australia’s rarest plants - the Dwarf Mountain Pine.

Propagated and carefully grown at the Blue Mountains Botanic Garden Mount Tomah, several plants were transferred to be put on display at Scenic World as part of an ongoing conservation partnership, helping return this ancient species to a landscape closely aligned with its natural Jamison Valley habitat while raising awareness of the fragile rainforest and waterfall ecosystems it depends on.

Happy Mother's Day!

To anyone who proudly (or quietly 😉) desribes themselves as a Mum - today's for you.
May your day be full of big hugs, small moments, inside jokes, and memories you'll smill about long after the cards are put away.
However you celebrate, here's to making beautiful memories - the messy, magical, unforgettable kind.
