The rain has been welcome, but many farming families are still doing it tough. That's where Weather it Together comes in.

Itโ€™s here to help with simple ways to stay connected, active and supported.

๐Ÿ‘‹ Keep connected โ€“ connecting with our families, friends and communities is a simple way to can all look after ourselves and each other.

๐Ÿ‘‹ Focus on what you can control โ€“ and letting go of what you canโ€™t and prioritising what really matters can help clear the path ahead.

๐Ÿ‘‹ Get active โ€“ whether itโ€™s walk on the farm, lifting weights or playing a team sport, exercise can lift your mood. Itโ€™s even better with mates.

๐Ÿ‘‹ Ask for help โ€“ if there is something on your mind, talking it through with a professional is a smart thing to do. Itโ€™s never too early or too late.

For more information, farmer stories and practical resources, please visit: https://weatherittogether.org.au

Weather it Together was developed by the ifarmwell.com.au team at the Adelaide University and supported by the State Governmentโ€™s Drought Support Program in response to the ongoing challenges faced on the land.
