We had plenty of keen readers join us at this weekโ€™s Home Reading Club, with children enjoying time together reading, learning and building confidence in a relaxed and welcoming environment โ€” just as shown in todayโ€™s wonderful photo ๐Ÿ˜Š

Whether children bring along their own home readers or borrow one from the Library collection, the program is all about creating positive reading experiences and fostering a love of reading.

A wonderful example of community generosity and care was shared at the Junee Library this week, with our talented knitting ladies creating a beautiful collection of handmade blankets and toys to donate to Debbie from Crazy Cats Rescue. ๐Ÿงถ๐Ÿพ

These thoughtful handmade items will help provide comfort and care for rescued cats and kittens, while also showcasing the incredible kindness and creativity within our community.

We are so proud to see our library continue to bring people together through friendship, creativity and giving back. A huge thank you to our knitting group for their ongoing generosity and support of local causes ๐Ÿ‘
