In 2020 LNP & Labor voted for this scheme during Covid. In fact the Tax office already permits early access to your super, but the hurdles and BS to get it, is off the planet. I tried to access mine after a heart operation went wrong and I could not work for 6 months, I was denied access time and time again. One Nation proposal is simply simplifying something that already exists. For LNP, Labor and the Greens to oppose it, they are opposing something they actually voted for in 2020.

The way some people tell it, Bhart Bhushan, the former taxi driver, didn’t fancy himself as much of a developer when he turned what was an otherwise ordinary block in western Sydney into the start of a property empire.
He nearly went broke twice. Bathla Group may fail on its third brush with insolvency, but that will be decided by administrators. Any probe could examine deals struck by Bathla, valuations, financing arrangements, how deposits were managed, as well as who the ultimate funders of these deals were.
Aside from a comment blaming the Albanese government for its failures, Bhushan has failed to appear in public.
Last year, photos were exchanged inside the business of Bhushan dressed in yellow robes and a mitre cap, pictured in the upper levels of the NSW state parliament.
He was given an honorary PhD: Dr Bhushan. But no university in Sydney seems to dress its post-doctoral fellows in yellow, rendering its origins a mystery.
