# Female Support Worker – Ipswich Area

Our Time To Shine (OTTS) – Registered NDIS Provider

We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Support Worker to join our growing team.

# # # Position Details
- Monday to Thursday shifts available
- Every second Saturday (7-hour shift)
- Some afternoon and evening shifts required
- Casual position with ongoing hours available for the right person

# # # Essential Requirements
✔ Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification)
✔ Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
✔ Current Blue Card
✔ Current Yellow Card (NDIS Worker Screening Clearance)
✔ Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
✔ Strong communication and documentation skills

# # # Experience Required
- Experience providing high-care supports
- Experience using manual and/or electric hoists
- Experience supporting participants with complex care needs

# # # Highly Regarded
- Experience supporting people with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
- Experience supporting participants living with quadriplegia
- Knowledge of person-centred and strengths-based support practices

# # # About You
You are patient, professional, reliable, and passionate about supporting people to achieve their goals while maintaining dignity, independence, and choice.

Fishing is more than just catching fish — it’s a fantastic way to build important life skills while having fun in the outdoors.

Today our participants are learning:
