Northaven Ltd is a not-for-profit disability service provider located in the regional centre of Inverell, NNSW.
We are currently seeking suitably qualified applicants for the role of Service Manager within our busy service.
Essential Criteria:
• Minimum qualifications of Certificate iv in Disabilities or related, Diploma of Leadership & Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in the disability industry
• Commitment to high standards of person centered approach to service provision, social inclusion and community development principles
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of individualized assessment approaches
• Comprehensive knowledge of NDIS practices and guidelines
• Highly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Ability to market, deliver and evaluate programs for diverse groups
• Varied and relevant experience in community services with an emphasis on the design of innovative, flexible and holistic individualized plans
• Broad knowledge of financial processes and guidelines related to individual funding and budgets and high level conceptual and analytical skills to assess and develop same
• Demonstrated proficiency in a range of IT applications
• Sound organizational skills with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
• Ability to analyze processes and make recommendations for procedure development and process improvement
• Knowledge of key reform agendas currently impacting on the community services sector

Desirable Criteria:
• Previous experience in a similar role
