Look at this guy go. Shaggy's doing great things with Hockey NT, having just returned from the Nationals U16's Championships in Hobart this week, coaching the Territory Mens Team. Is there no end to his talents!! (Photo courtesy of Hockey NT FB)

In addition, a couple of Amy W's nephews, Coell and Rhun will be participating in the National U21 Championships that start today in the ACT, representing SA. We have no doubt that Shaggy's had an influence in their hockey development in their formative years. Good luck to them this week.

Sadly our Division 1 Red team went down to Back Valley yesterday but on an individual front, Evan (left) went back to back as the best / most consistent male A Doubles player in the Association and Will took out the best / most consistent male Division 1 player in the Association. Congratulations to them both for the great season they've had.

Best of luck for our Division 1 Red Team as they go for premiership glory tomorrow against Back Valley at the Victor Harbor Tennis Club from 1pm. Go well and go determined.

When you're there, look for our club's scone stall where Bree will be selling scrumptious morsels of scones with jam and cream. Help the club out and buy 1....or 4 even. :)

Well it wasn't to be for our Inman Blue Div 1 and A Doubles teams who both went down to Back Valley today but get along next Saturday for the Grand Final where our Inman Red Div 1 will be aiming to take out the Premiership and do our club proud.

IT'S ON THIS SATURDAY, 7th March.

Inman Valley v Back Valley at Victor Harbor Tennis Club.
Come and cheer on both our Div 1 and A Doubles at the same venue and hopefully see them progress to the Grand Final. We'll see you there and as they say, Keep your eye on The Red and The Blue! ;)

Another successful music event held at the Inman Valley Community and Memorial Hall for the tennis club.
The Deloreans were fantastic, performing great tunes across the decades and the pizzas from Inman Valley General Store and Country Kitchen were top notch as always.

That was the final music night in its current configuration and a big thanks goes out to Helen Scholfield and Margie Dyer for their organising and PR work they have done over 10 years to make these events successful. They have certainly earned a rest!! :)

Week 1 of Finals and this could well be the plight for our 2 Div 1 sides and our A Doubles who are hoping to play today!

Div 1 Inman Red are at home against Back Valley.
Div 1 Inman Blue and A Doubles are both at Victor Harbor Tennis Club playing against Victor.
If matches are abandoned with no clear winner or completely cancelled without play then our Inman Red side will move straight into the Grand Final (being higher ranked today) while sadly for Inman Blue and the A Doubles it's season over, being the lower ranked team. If you want to know whether play will occur the attach link will send you to Tennis SA's inclement weather update page. Look for the GSTA acronym in either the cancelled or going ahead section for 1pm matches. Here's hoping for some sunshine and we hope to see you there! :)
