Welcome to the gang Maya.
This dear little wallaby joey was rescued and transported to me by Emma and her friend on their way back home to Adelaide. 🙏
They kept her snug and warm after she was found beside her deceased mum.
Apart from a bit of a bruised nose, inner lip and tongue she appears to have dodged serious injury from the car that killed mum. 🩷🩷🩷

Please please please if you hit wildlife or see one that has been hit, stop and do a pouch check or see if the joey has been expelled from the pouch.
Dont leave it for someone else. For that joey , you are that someone else.
