🚨CRIME PREVENTION
We have seen an increase in burglaries and thefts at sporting clubs.
Some security tips include:
🔺 Using monitored security alarms and CCTV cameras that cover all entry and exit points, including canteens and equipment sheds.
🔺 Locking all doors, windows, gates, and internal garage doors after every use.
🔺 Install high-quality locks and consider physical barriers like bollards or roller doors for high-risk entry points.
🔺 Using motion-activated sensor lighting in car parks and around the building perimeter to eliminate hiding spots.
🔺 Keeping trees and shrubs trimmed to ensure the facility remains visible from the street, reducing opportunities for burglars to work unseen.
🚨ROAD SAFETY
In 2025 there were 1300 lives lost on our road. National Road Safety Week ran from the 17th to the 24th of May.
We would like to remind drivers to:
🔺 Be mindful on our roads.
🔺 Don’t let road rage get the best of you.
🔺 Refresh your road rules.
🔺 Plan your journey.
🔺 Drive safely on regional, country, rural and remote roads.
🔺 Ride, walk and scoot for everyone’s safety.
