Dear Customers,
We’d like to update you on the availability of limited edition collections, such as the Australian Car and Bluey coins. We understand these items are highly sought after, and many of you have left your details to be notified when they arrive. However, due to limited supply from our vendors, it has been challenging to fulfill all requests.
In some cases, even after we attempt to order more stock, suppliers are unable to provide additional items. Additionally, despite our efforts to contact customers, many do not show up to collect the items they reserved. This leads to frustration when we sell those items to other customers, and we understand that some have been upset as a result.
To ensure a smoother process and fairness for all, we will no longer be holding stock based on reservations. Moving forward, these collectible items will be sold strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on what we receive from suppliers.
