Chair Yoga is back!! Chair yoga is an adapted yoga practice that allows you to stay seated while practicing yoga focused poses. It can be practiced by anyone who wants to enjoy the benefits of yoga which includes boosting strength, flexibility, balance and mental well-being. And may (or may not) have mobility limitations. For example, chair yoga is great for older adults, anyone who needs more support, is managing an injury, people with certain health conditions, or wants a more therapeutic approach to the practice. Read about the trainer: Tracey teaches a gentle Hatha Flow and Chair Yoga. The classes are focused on flowing from pose to pose and linking the movement with the breath.
Sitting, standing and inverted postures, addressing the mind and spirit as well as the physical aspect of the body bringing a sense of wellbeing. Tracey is a personable and passionate Yoga Teacher who is dedicated to sharing the Yoga tradition and lifestyle with eager
students, also recognized for my ability to conduct warm and
inviting classes that foster an invigorating, centering and calming
environment. Discovering Yoga in her 20’s, the ancient practice resonated deeply with her and left a lasting impression that would ignite her love for yoga later in life. Moving to the Sunshine Coast in 2008 she completed her Yoga Teaching Training through My Health Yoga and began to teach without delay, as well as working in the Health and Wellness Industry for many years. Tracey enjoys
teaching Yoga very much as it is part of her life and finds it very
rewarding seeing the wonderful benefits people receive from her
classes. So come along and find out for yourself.
